Four guidance laws,
compared in sync.
Rerun MATLAB data for Figures 13–16 covers both energy-optimal and time-to-go-weighted criteria. The planar engagement is embedded in 3D with a fixed yaw angle, enabling synchronized comparisons of trajectories, commands, flight-path angles, ZEM, heading errors, and control effort.
Coordinate embedding
The paper’s two-dimensional inertial X–Y coordinates map directly to the scene’s vertical X–Y plane. Z=0 and yaw is fixed; positions remain stored in m and are displayed in km.
Paper data
All four algorithms are rerun from the original MATLAB functions. The browser only applies index-uniform curve decimation; vehicle geometry and visual effects do not represent real dimensions or equipment performance.
Reproduction boundary
The original RK4 update, adaptive step, ±200g command limit, and R<1 m terminal condition are preserved. The ODIAG label in Figure 15 is corrected to DBOIAG according to the actual function call.
